#WeTooAreProtesters |

#WeTooAreProtesters |: The Afghan Peace Volunteers wanted to protest in the streets of Kabul after the "The Afghanistan Papers" were published by the Washington Post on the 9th of December 2019. But, they couldn't get permission from a local police station, security has been at its worst in the past 18 years of US/NATO war in Afghanistan, and there was heightened uncertainty after the announcement of the Afghan Presidential Election Results. So, they held a Press Conference at the Borderfree Nonviolence Community Centre in Kabul on the 23rd of December. Only four local media came. They wish to be in solidarity with all protesters who have taken to the streets in 2018 and 2019, saying: #WeToo #WeTooAreProtesters "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." Margaret Mead A nonviolent movement of human solidarity among protesters across the world, because whether we're protesting against global warming, inequality or wars, #WeToo are non-violently protesting every other injustice. We are not alone. Our protests and future are connected as we connect everyone and everything! What you, any person, or any community can do! Y
