Niagara Falls is frozen and the pictures are incredible | indy100: While Canada and much of North America deals with what meteorologists are calling "extreme cold," onlookers at the brink of the Niagara Falls have been taking photos of what some say is like a scene out of Frozen. An arctic blast has seen temperatures in the area plummet to a chilling -67 degrees Celsius but the pictures are magical.
